Y Felin Rhyd Hir (Melin Bodfel) is a stone built water-powered corn mill. The composite overshot waterwheel, with cast iron shrouds has been fully renovated. It was supplied by a now restored mill pond to the north of the mill, fed from the Afon Rhyd-hir via a 1.7 km long leat. The site has extensive grounds, newly landscaped garden, pond, Victorian style glasshouse, vegetable beds and orchard.
