The joy of cake decorating …
Tracey Cresswell has been baking since her first home economics classes at school, but when her son started school she started making cupcakes and cake pops for school cake fairs and now gets friends asking her to make cakes for weddings and birthday parties.
“For me, baking provides total immersion in something I love doing,” says Tracey. “And there’s nothing better than the warm, fuzzy feeling you experience when watching people enjoying something you’ve created, especially if you’re hosting a gathering like a Great British Garden Party.”
