Berkshire gardens in August

Berkshire has a variety of gardens open to visit and explore in August, find out more below…

13 Broom Acres, Sandhurst

A spellbinding ¼ acre, suburban, romantic style garden with shrubbery, exotics, specimen trees, scented climbers and mixed herbaceous borders. Densely planted and decadently flowering, a feast for all the senses. Come for the garden, stay for the magic and discover why romance remains compelling, timeless and enduring. Opens Sunday 25th August.

Rookwood Farm House, Stockcross

This exciting valley garden, a work in progress, has elements all visitors can enjoy. A rose covered pergola, fabulous tulips, giant alliums, join a jungle garden with cannas, bananas and echiums. A kitchen garden features a parterre of raised beds, which along with a bog garden and colour themed herbaceous planting, all make Rookwood well worth a visit. Opens Sunday 25th August.
