FIT Count

Spend ten minutes watching flowers and counting insects in good weather!

Which flowers? Ideally from a list of target flowers. If none are available in your garden you can choose another flower that is attracting insects. In spring we’d like you to watch buttercups, dandelions, hawthorn or white dead-nettle.

iRecord

Record the butterflies in your garden using the free and easy to use iRecord Butterflies app.

How? Either submit individual records, create a species list, or record along a short route for 15 minutes.
