An interesting and deceptive garden featuring courtyard area with seasonal pots, troughs and baskets. Borders well-stocked with shrubs and herbaceous perennials together with climbing plants and roses giving colour throughout the growing season. Opens Sunday 16th July.
Blatherwycke Hall was demolished in the 1940s and its gardens lost. In 2011 the renovation of the derelict 4 acre walled gardens started. So far, a large kitchen garden, wall trained fruit trees, extensive herbaceous borders, parterre, wildflower meadows, tropical bed, shrub borders and large arboretum have been planted. Opens Sunday 23rd July.
Eleven gardens in the historic villages of Long Buckby and Long Buckby Wharf, inc a new garden and a reopening one. The gardeners have been busy creating new borders, features and extensively replanting, offering our visitors something new to enjoy. We welcome visitors old and new to see our wonderful variety of gardens which offer something for everyone. Opens Sunday 23rd July.
The Green Patch is a 2½ acre, Green Flag award-winning community garden, nestled in the heart of England. We have hens, ducks, beehives, ponds, children’s play area, orchard and so much more. We rely on our wonderful volunteers to make our friendly and magical garden the warm and welcoming place it is. Opens Sunday 30th July.
