The owners bought a 1¾ acre bare, treeless blank canvas in 2010 with grass around 3ft high! Since then they have designed a Tudor folly and jungle hut, built a pergola, excavated a lily pond with bog garden created a cottage garden, orchard, and vegetable garden. They have planted hundreds of conifer, evergreen, fruit and flowering trees, roses, hydrangeas, perennials and designed numerous flower beds. From the sunny, flower filled terrace, a ruined folly emerges from a luxuriant fernery and leads into an oriental garden, complete with tea house.
