Set in the heart of Daphne du Maurier country in its own valley this established garden, surrounding a Georgian rectory, is now undergoing a revival having been wild and neglected for some years. As featured on BBC Gardener’s World, this eccentric, romantic and constantly evolving garden, as befits the intense creativity of its owners, has been carved out of an expanse of concrete farmyard over 20 yrs. Inc elaborate network of decorative cobbling, pools, container garden, vegetable garden, shade garden, the largely subtropical mowhay garden and both owners’ studios but arguably its glory is the westernmost walled rose garden in England.
