The garden is walled and built between 1830 and 1870, one of the only remaining full gardens left in Gambier Terrace. This is a mature garden developed over 17 years from a neglected plot by the current owner. The garden has mature planting inc Cornus Kousa, Magnolia, Tree Peonies, Veronicastrum etc and some rare varieties such as Halesia Carolina the Snowdrop Tree. Planting also to provide plenty of autumn colour and being partly shaded by mature trees inc Beech the garden has a woodland feel.
