About 103 Bournville Lane

Being dominated by a large sycamore, creating plenty of shade in half of the garden, this is a fairly traditional garden of trees, shrubs and perennials to attract beneficial insects.
We like to recycle old metal items to use in place of trellis and pergolas etc and to help fill gaps in the borders. We have made my childhood swing frame into an arbour to grow roses and clematis up.
We also have a large collection of pots and tubs which can be moved around to fill gaps in the borders and create a colourful impact upon entering the garden.
We have built some raised vegetable beds made from wood found in a skip in which we grow a variety of vegetables. There are cordon apple trees, blackcurrants and blueberries.
There is also a pond with newts, frogs and dragonflies.
