The garden is two yrs old, inspired by the bedtime story 'The Little Green Gate' that opens onto Fairy Land, told to the owner by her grandfather. The garden comprises three linked decks, all providing a different mood and experience with a rose arch, wildlife pond and several green gates; bugs encouraged with architect designed bug hotel, fairies sometimes stay too. Sorry, no wheelchair access.

About 77 Muswell Road, Flat 1

The garden was conceived, by the owner and her opera designer friend, Paul Edwards, during long phone calls, endless texts and emails during the first Lockdown. Anytime restrictions lifted, rocks, stones and earth were carted through the house (there is no rear or side access) in the owner’s shopping trolley…There is still a lot to be do but visitors can enjoy the magic so far, whilst lounging on integrated seating or perched in the Beaton inspired greenhouse. Artist Kim Coley will exhibit, making a donation to Hospice UK for any work sold. Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs due to access via stairs through house.
