About 93 Church Road

The garden is level access until the walkway over the wetland area and the steep bank with steps and a rail to the top area at the far end of the garden. There are mown grassy paths through the woodland. There is a deep ditch between the woodland and the wetland area with a level wide wooden bridge without a handrail. There are single steps up/down on different sections of the walkway.

The house/garden is a couple of minutes way from Sandford-on-Thames lock and the riverside pub.

Just past the Kings Arms pub at Sandford-on-Thames lock at end of Church Rd. Ignore private road sign. Parking (to pay unless also pub customer) in pub car park nearby or visitor parking areas.
