Colebrook House

A two acre garden of several distinctive divisions on an east-facing slope overlooking a brook and hanging natural gardens on the opposite bank. The C17 Cotswold mill house sits on an eminence adjoining a Great Lawn, which supplies panoramic views to the southeast, and overlooks a newly-formed sloping walled garden. A broad north-south terrace walk traverses the site, linking the walled garden to the pool terrace and croquet lawn. The garden was recast between 2016 - 2019 to the designs of Todd Longstaffe-Gowan in close collaboration with the owners. Mature trees abound that frame views.
