About Home Farmhouse

Surrounding a 300 year old brick and flint farmhouse, artist and poet Rachel Hannyngton has developed the garden over the past 25 years, creating a series of spaces that contribute to a varied and satisfying tour.
With plenty of sitting places to take in the view, and a ‘Piet-Oudolf’ style perennial & grasses border created to celebrate her 60th birthday, this is a garden made for soothing the soul, and feeling at peace.

Featured in the June 2023 issue of ‘The English Garden’ magazine.
