An enchanting woodland garden of approx 4 acres with formal gardens and colourful koi pond. Walking through the laburnum arch you can explore the woodland area. Winding paths lead you through rhododendrons and mature trees, with areas for sitting, a hobbit house and wildflower area. There is a natural pond overlooked by a pavilion, with lovely views and an abundance of wildlife.

About Meresands Kennels & Cattery

Our garden has an ornamental Koi pond with formal lawns and borders, including a mosaic, a dedicated white border and a hosta bed all bordered by mature trees.
A laburnum arch leads you into the woodland beyond, with meandering paths that take you through rhododendron, mature trees, hollys and natural ferns. New woodland planting is gradually being added to the path edges, there are seating areas, a treehouse, a wigwam, hobbit house and a wildflower area. The woodland is home to woodpeckers, nut hatches, tree creepers and an abundance of other birds and bats.
A large natural pond with pavilion, duck house and a jetty, is home to an a wide array of wildlife, including the occasional kingfisher.
