Pear Tree Cottage

Mainly informal country garden of approx ½ acre with pond and gravel garden. Herbaceous borders, trees and shrubs surround lawns and seating areas. Wild garden and orchard lead to greenhouses, vegetable garden and beehives. Spring bulbs, early summer perennials and shrubs particularly colourful.

Hellebores and Snowdrops a feature in the Spring followed by Narcissi and Tulips with much Fruit blossom and wild flowers in the Orchard. Colourful early flowering shrubs and perennials. The garden becomes wilder on leaving the secluded patios to explore the Orchard and Vegetable area and enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside.
