Sol House

John and Rose have created this garden over five years, following completion of their PassivHaus. Close by the house are a paved terrace, gravel garden and beds of sun loving plants. A path winds from the lawn through beds of shade loving plants. An arch cut into a serpentine yew hedge leads to a ‘secret garden’. Paths lead from here to a woodland walk, orchard, vegetable garden and meadow.
