About Stanton Fence

Apart from the four formal gardens, in the parterre/greenhouse garden there is a heated greenhouse, with a good selection of pelargoniums (some on sale). In addition there is a walk through woodland to the Beauty Spot (as it has always been called), which is a 3 acre water meadow. Overlooking it is a large rhododendron bank skirted by the River Font.
