Exciting prairie garden of approx 8 acres planted in the naturalistic style using 60,000 plants and over 1,600 different varieties. A colourful garden featuring a huge variety of unusual ornamental grasses. Expect layers of colour, texture and architectural splendour. Surrounded by mature oak trees with views of Chanctonbury Ring and Devil's Dyke on the South Downs. Permanent sculpture collection and exhibited sculpture throughout the season. Rare breed sheep and pigs. Tropical entrance garden.

The garden was featured on BBC Gardener’s World programme October 2010 and August 2015 ,Your Garden Made Perfect in 2021 and Grand Designs House of the Year in 2022 and has been featured in many garden magazines and books and among others, Gardens Illustrated magazine, The RHS Garden magazine, Homes and Garden magazine, The English Garden, The Telegraph and Times newspapers. Used as a film location for BBC2. Featured on The One Show and BBC Inside Out and Your Garden Made Perfect. Further TV programmes in the pipeline!
