Front garden mainly full of May blooming perennials, back garden, which is split into various areas, has a June and July garden, a small woodland walk, a Victorian fountain and mixed rose borders. Fabulous views over the Kerry Vale.

Designed along the lines of a cottage garden the borders include hundreds of different perennials, many included for the purposes of discovering how they grow as individuals or in a group. The front garden is mainly full of May blooming perennials, while the back garden, which is split into various areas, has a June and July garden with a Victorian fountain and mixed rose borders. The garden extends to around an acre and a half with fabulous view over the Kerry Vale.
