About Wickham House
Set in the beautiful, landscaped grounds of Wickham House, which also incorporate St Swithun’s Church, this exceptional ½ acre walled garden has been created from scratch in 2008 within a 19th century wall. Designed by Robin Templar-Williams, the garden is conceived as different rooms with distinct themes and colour schemes. Delightful arched clematis and rose walkway. Wide variety of trees, roses, shrubs and herbaceous plants. Pergolas, fountains and terrace pots brimming with colour. Several places to stop, sit and enjoy the view and the scents. Also, extensive separate cutting garden and vegetable garden with raised beds.
Refreshments include home-made teas, cakes and gammon rolls, and soft drinks.
