About Rosemary Cottage

This cottage garden has expanded over the last 15 years and areas of neighbouring field have been tamed and turned into delightful garden ‘rooms’
A combination of traditional cottage garden perennials, shrubs, David Austin roses, small orchard, living willow arch & small wildlife pond, edible raised beds, ‘pergola’ over decking area surrounded with lovely scented climbers.
There will be a cake stall in aid of St Mary’s Church & Hook Gardening club fundraising stall. Mires Beck Nursery selling plants & refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon by The Nags Shed is and a variety of other stall holders please bring cash and bags and your support.

Approach Hook from Boothferry Rd r'about 300yds S of Boothferry Bridge. Follow signs for Hook at Xrds turn L. Garden 550yds on L. Garden entry from rear through free car park.

This garden has now completed its National Garden Scheme openings for this year.

Accessibility

  • Wheelchair access is available to most of the garden from rear car park. Ground is a little uneven. One part of the garden has stepped access.
