3 acre garden in a sublime river setting as part of former model farm. Planting commenced 2007 to create an arboretum with specimen trees, wildflower meadows and large wildlife pond. Colourful walled courtyard garden with pond, rose pergola, mosaics and rich planting. Formal terraced lawn, pinetum with prairie style planting, stone circle, fruit and vegetable garden, leading to the River Avon.
